RETURNING STUDENTS-Intent to Return Notification form
All current students, please complete the ONLINE Intent to Return Notification form for the upcoming school year 2026-2027. This will inform us of the number of open enrollment spaces at each grade level for next school year. The form opens on February 3 and closes on April 15, 2026

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Do I still need to complete the form if I intend NOT to return to NACA next school year? Yes, the form gives you a YES or NO option. We will need a NACA formal Withdrawal Form by May 22, 2026 to verify this change.
- If I formally withdraw from NACA, can I return next school year? Any student who formally withdrawals from NACA will need to reapply using the online lottery application.
- Do I have to complete more than one form, if I have multiple students in my household? No, the one form allows you to include all students in your household.
- If I complete the form, does this mean I have already registered for next school year? No, this form will let us know the number of spaces at each grade level for next school year so we can monitor our student waitlist and our enrollment lottery process.

- If you will not be returning to NACA for the upcoming school year 2026-2027, please complete a formal withdrawal form. The front office staff have a form and can guide you on the process.
