Greetings NACA Families!!
We hope you and your families are doing well and staying active during this time.
Thankfully, due to a continued partnership with the NACA Inspired Schools Network (NISN), we have an exciting announcement for our families and community. Effective immediately, we are opening an application to the next round of #StrongerTogether Relief Fund for families who are experiencing hardship to receive an emergency response stipend of $500. Priority will be given to families who have NOT received a stipend in the previous cycle. Please acknowledge that funds are limited, and all applications must be completely filled out to be considered. Families will receive notifications on a weekly basis, funding permitting. The application is available on this link.
This initiative lives in our core values of Community and Service as well as Relationship Wellness. NACA was founded on the belief/value that our communities know what we need to heal and grow. We know that children are counting on their families and communities to get through this time. Yes, Indigenous Education at NACA is about delivering high-quality learning opportunities. It is also about leaning into our traditional ways and stepping up to help maintain the holistic wellness of our communities. Our communities and families have needs including access to quality food, water, basic needs (cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc), and assistance with bills. It’s important as a school that we be good relatives. To our families, we see you, we see your family’s strengths and we will step up to support you. You matter. This moment is about recognizing our collective power and knowing we can take care of each other. We are #StrongerTogether!
If you have questions or need assistance with the application, please reach out to the respective Head of Schools.
